  We have eaten in many TGI's the world over and they vary considerably from place to place. This is one of the better ones. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The barmen are attentive and quick and cocktails are good quality. Gets really busy on a weekend so advisable to book. They are always running 20 minutes late though. Most importantly I have never had a bad meal here.

  Normally good but really disappointed on this visit. Long wait until we were seated which wasn't a huge issue as we knew it was busy but once seated, they took ages to take our order.
  
  When our starters arrived, I asked for some side plates. I asked 3 times to 2 different waitresses.. they never came.
  
  For mains, I ordered the new Sunday chicken meal. On the menu it said it came with a jug of JD gravy.. all I got was a small dipping pot. Tried to ask for more but our waitress was nowhere to be seen which meant I left half my main as was too dry without sauce.
  
  Working in the service industry myself I hate feedback like this but it really wasn't up to their usual standard.
  
  After spending nearly 2.5hrs in there I'm sad to say it felt like a wasted evening for both my wife and I.

  Friendly helpful staff. Good for a kids party or just some nice American styled food. Usually busy over the weekend. When it's someone birthday the staff sing happy birthday. Big bar to sit at if waiting for a table.
