  Really nice room for a good price. Comfortable and good sized beds. Clean and tidy. Only downside was that there was a lot of noise at night outside due to which it took quite long for my kids to sleep.

  We got there and booked directly, but they said they were fully booked. So we had to hassle them and eventually got our rooms. But the same thing happened to the people next to us, and while the staff tried to sort them out, they got drink vouchers, yet we did not. Have to pay £10 for parking per car, even though there is a parking area with over 1000 spaces in the next complex over for free. We were meant to get free breakfas, but they never gave us that either. Everything else was mediocre.

  I booked the Honeymoon Package which includes an executive suite, slippers, bathrobe, champagne & chocolates. This cost £124. When we got to the hotel, we paid the £124 and went to our room. We had a look round and found that we had gotten a small standard room with a double bed. Nothing was in the room that we were looking forward to expect. We went down to reception and were told that none of that showed on the system, along with the fact that they do not do a Honeymoon Package. We were baffled at the fact that they charged us the same price and made a joke of our disappointment. They did not want to refund the money down to what we were given and were reluctant to help in any way. We asked for the Champagne and chocolates, then left to go to a family party. When we returned, we were astounded to find 2 bath robes on the bed, with 2 Mars bars and a cheap prosecco. We felt like we'd completely had the piss taken out of us at that point. There were long black hairs on the shower wall from the previous customer and the tap to the sink only ran hot. We felt very upset and let down by the poor service and things that had happened, having put our trust in a hotel to apply what we had paid for, and for the staff to be kind and helpful, like anyone normally would expect. We went down for breakfast buffet in the morning, which looked appetising.. however when we sat down to eat, the eggs were hard and dry, the hash browns were like hard cardboard and the sausages had gristle all the way through. Before we left, I gave the receptionist a note to give to the manager, along with my name, date we stayed and email, to get in touch with me about everything that happened. I have yet to see a reply. Everything about this hotel was awful and I would recommend to everyone, NOT to stay at this hotel, as things have gone wrong with a lot of customers based on reviews and word of mouth. Only the rare few will get what they are expecting. Left feeling very upset and let down, with an issue yet to be resolved by the company. Customers are NOT put first.

  Typical holiday inn. About what you expect for the price nothing exceptional but serves its purpose. There was a fire alarm when we were here and the staff were all very helpful and did their jobs well.
